FAQ / BEFORE WE START
A little clarity
goes a long way.
A few answers about how we approach the work, what’s still being explored, and how to start small.
01What kind of work is a good fit?
A custom application, disconnected data, a recurring workflow, or an unresolved technical question can all be starting points. Lonoh’s focus spans bespoke engineering, practical AI, and consulting. A useful first conversation establishes the goal, constraints, and a bounded next step.
02Is this mainly about chatbots?
No. A conversational interface is one possibility. AI can also help interpret documents, retrieve context, support analysis, or prepare actions inside another application. The aim is to make useful capabilities easier to access, with the right data, interfaces, and review.
03Does every project need AI?
No. A better checklist, a native feature in your current software, or a straightforward integration may be enough. AI is one option for interpreting unstructured information when it adds measurable value.
04Do you work with a specific industry?
Lonoh is exploring workflows across business types. There is no exclusive industry focus. Fit depends on the process, access requirements, risk, and whether a bounded improvement can be measured.
05Do you offer an AI platform?
Not as a released product. A longer-term development direction is reusable AI components that could be integrated into other applications. The Experiments page describes open questions, not a live platform, hosted API, or ready-to-buy software service.
06Can consulting lead into implementation?
That is the intended approach: connect problem definition and architecture with prototypes, implementation, evaluation, and handover. Each stage needs an agreed scope and a clear decision about whether to continue. A small first step can test the direction before a larger commitment.
07How do people stay in control?
A scoped workflow should make its sources, exceptions, and proposed actions visible. Important actions need a named human approver, with a clear manual fallback and a way to pause processing.
08What information should I share first?
A plain-language description of the task, the tools involved, and where work gets stuck is enough. Do not send passwords, confidential records, customer data, or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.
09How will we know if it helps?
Agree on a baseline and measure the full workflow, including review and rework. Depending on the task, that might mean handling time, queue age, corrections, or time to a complete draft. Results should determine the next step.
LET’S MAKE SOMETHING USEFUL
What’s next
for your business?
An idea to explore. A process to improve. A system that could work better. We’d like to hear about it.
